At ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, mental health and well-being are important and valued. We understand that a healthy mind is essential for personal growth, academic success, and fulfillment. That’s why we provide comprehensive support and resources to our students.&
Through our dedicated counselling services, we strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where students can seek guidance, share their concerns, and develop effective coping strategies. Our Counsellors are here to listen, support, and help enhance your wellbeing.
Along with counselling support, Counselling Services offers workshops, wellness activities, and resources to promote mental health literacy and wellbeing.
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Counsellors are available from Monday to Friday and offer flexible appointment scheduling options, including virtual and in-person meetings.
They help students overcome obstacles, develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and make informed decisions. They also help promote mental health, emotional resilience, and academic success.

Sexual Violence Resources and Support
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ students have access to Sexual Violence Support Advocates Hilary Swan and Megen Gaudet who, together, offer support to survivors of sexual violence. This goes beyond providing resources and allows survivors to develop a personal connection with someone and find a safe place to feel heard, believed, and validated while they work to explore options available to survivors.
